7.8. Risk Oversight: The ecosystem is heavily monitored for regulatory compliance and chargeback risks. Suspicious activities will cause payouts to be withheld or permanently cancelled.
7.9. Data Safeguards: Sensitive routing details are protected under GDPR and PCI DSS frameworks, with users able to track their financial history via their dashboard.
8. Cancellations & Statutory Refunds
8.1. Withdrawal Waiver: In alignment with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is expressly waived by the consumer upon consenting to the immediate delivery of digital items.

11.3. Processing Purposes: Captured data is deployed to execute payouts, monitor fraud, fulfill AML mandates, and perform KYC checks.
